Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1⁄2 onion (big)
- 3 garlic cloves, more if they are small
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender of food processor. Work until its homogeneous.
