Parsley Almond Tabouli

Ingredients
- 2 cups flat leaf parsley
- 1⁄2 cup whole raw almonds
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In food processor, process parsley and almonds until roughly chopped and no large pieces remain.
- Transfer to a bowl. Stir in red pepper, vinegar, olive oil and salt.
