Ingredients
- 200 g canned clams (drained)
- 3 sausages (diced)
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- cheddar cheese (grated)
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until eggs are all frothy.
- Fry on a pan for 5 minutes.
- Flip over and fry for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Fold in half.
- Serve hot.
