Parmesan Orzo

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt
Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook orzo according to directions; drain.
- Return pasta to pot and stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook until thick, about 1 -2 minutes. Season with salt.
