Parmesan Garlic Popcorn Spice Mix

• Yields: 1/2 cup mix

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 1  teaspoon tarragon
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
2. To serve: Melt 1/4 cup butter in a small saucepan and stir in 1 tablespoon spice mix. Pour over 3 cups popped popcorn and stir until well coated.
