Parmesan Encrusted Fiesta Veggies

Ingredients
VEGGIES
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained (fiesta style with red peppers)
TOPPING
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese or 4 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, Italian style seasoned
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Mix veggies in a casserole dish.
- Stir together topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
