Parmesan Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 -3 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Slice chicken breasts into smaller strips. In a small bowl combine water and egg. In another bowl combine all dry ingrediants.
- Spray a medium size casserole dish with non-stick spray. Then take each chicken piece and dip in egg then coat in dry mix and place in pan.
- Melt butter and pour over chicken. Cook until chicken is done all the way through on approx 400 degrees.
