Parmesan Chicken

Directions

  1. Combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic and pepper.
  2. Roll chicken in mixture.
  3. Arrange in 2 quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2), bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn chicken; bake 20 minutes more.
  5. Meanwhile, blend soup and milk.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake 20 minutes more or until done.
  9. Arrange chicken on platter.
  10. Stir sauce; serve with chicken.
