Parmesan Cheese Bread---Bread Machine

This has a wonderful taste and texture. It makes good sandwiches and delicious toast. Put it on the light setting so the cheese doesn't get too brown on the outside. Yummmm!

• Ready In: 4 hrs 10 mins
• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 4  cups all-purpose flour
• 3  tablespoons sugar
• 4  teaspoons vital wheat gluten
• 1  tablespoon salt (scant)
• 1  tablespoon butter
• 1  cup parmesan cheese
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons dry yeast
• 1  cup milk
• 3⁄4 cup water

Directions

1. Add the ingredients to your bread machine according to your directions.
2. Set it at the basic setting.
3. Then at the light crust setting.
4. Makes a 2 pound loaf.
5. After it has mixed for a couple of minutes, check it; if it needs a tad more liquid, add a little water a teaspoon dribble at a time.
