Parma Ham With Fresh Figs
Directions
- Using a sharp knife, cut the figs into quarters lengthways without cutting right.
- through the skin at the base.
- Gently pull the flesh of the fruit away from the skin, leaving the central part of the pulp still attached to the skin.
- Stand the figs on a serving platter and drape the Parma ham between the figs.
- Serve at room temperature.
