Paprika Potatoes

This is a little different than others I saw posted. This is a very easy version, and it came from TOH. Easy and delicious. They are tender on inside, and a golden crust on outside. Cook time includes microwaving potatoes.

• Ready In: 30 mins
• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 4  large potatoes, peeled, cooked, and quartered
• 3  tablespoons butter
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. In a large skillet, slowly saute potaoes in butter until golden brown, about 10-15 minute
2. Sprinkle with paprika.
