Paprika-Buttered Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 2 heads , cauliflowers
- water
- salt
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Directions
- Cut off the tough stem ends of each cauliflower and remove most of the outer leaves. Leave the cauliflowers intact.
- Place th cauliflowers in a pot filled with about 1 1/2 inches of boiling salted water, flower side down. Cover, steam about 15 minute until tender-crisp.
- Meanwhile, saute the onions in heated butter until soft. Add paprika.
- Drain the cauliflowers. Arange on serving dish. Top with the onion mixture. Serve immediately.
- Good served with marinated flank steak, baked or shoestring potatoes and rainbow sherbert for dessert.
