Papayas and Rum

Ingredients
- 2 whole ripe papayas, at room temperature
- 2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup bacardi rum
Directions
- Peel and cube the papayas into bite-size pieces.
- Sprinkle with the sugar and mix together gently.
- Add the rum.
- Mix together and let sit for about five minutes to absorb the flavour.
- Serve or let sit in the refrigerator for later.
