Papaya Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups papayas, coarsely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, coarsely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, minced and seeded
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Drain off liquid before serving.
