Papaya and Green Chili Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove (I put 2)
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced papayas
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine vinegar, honey, and garlic in medium bowl.
- Add papaya, chilies, onions, cilantro, and cayenne pepper; toss and chill.
- Serve with corn chips.
