Papa's Cheesy Crock-Pot Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef, Browned
- 2 pacakges mccormick's mild chili seasoning mix
- 5 (15 1/2ounce) kidney beans, drained
- 2 (29 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) cans diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 lb cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
Directions
- Place Ground Beef, Chili Mix, Kidney Beans and Tomato Sauce in a large 6 quart Crockpot and stir well. This makes a FULL POT so be careful!
- Cook on low until hot and bubbly about 5 - 6 hours.
- Add the Cheese and allow it to simmer on low for another half hour.
- Serve with crackers or chips and enjoy!
