Pantry Barbecue Sauce

This recipe came from Kingsford Great Barbecues book. It is good and tasty, simple to prepare and requires commonly home available ingredients.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup ketchup
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 2  tablespoons soy sauce
• 1  tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  hot pepper sauce
