  • 1  pancake
  • Choose one or two

  • 1  tablespoon  fruit preserves
  • 1  tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1  tablespoon  jelly
  • 1  banana, sliced (or your favorite fruit)
  • 1  tablespoon honey

  1. Using leftover pancakes from breakfast or from your favorite pancake recipe, spread with your favorite preserves, or peanut butter and jelly, or peanut butter and honey and/or sliced bananas (or your favorite fruit).
  2. Roll and eat.
