Pancakes (Savory and Sweet)

- Whisk your powders ( if making sweet still use a pinch of salt ) ,milk and your egg in a bowl making sure to get plenty of air in it.
- Take a medium sized frying pan and set the heat at 8 for the first minute to heat pan ( this can be done whilst you make the batter ).Then turn it down to 6 and add butter , spread it around the pan and add 1 laddel of batter.
- Allow too cook untill golden brown then flip . It is cooked when both sides are golden brown.Put on plate and apply chosen topping.
- Eat it !
