Pancakes Aplenty

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 teaspoons sugar or 1 (4 ounce) packet sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- cooking spray
- chocolate chips (optional)
- blueberries (optional)
Directions
- Mix the egg and milk in a large bowl and slowly add the dry ingredients.
- Have an adult heat the griddle or pan and add oil to it.
- Pour batter on the griddle until the pancake is the desired size.
- Flip once to finish cooking when surface begins to bubble.
