Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg
Directions
- Sift together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix. Batter will have some lumps. If it is too thick, add milk 1 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency. Preheat a nonstick skillet and spray with Pam. Use 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake. Turn when surface loses it's shine and most bubbles have popped. Cook for just about 1 minute on second side before removing. Pancakes should be golden to golden brown on both sides. Serve with hot maple syrup.
