Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In medium mixing bowl combine buttermilk, egg, oil, and sugar. And beat until thoroughly combined; add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Heat a skillet and spray with cooking oil.
- Cook until bottom is brown and little bubbles appear around the edge.
- Flip pancakes to cook opposite side.
