Pancakes

This recipe makes 4 huge, but thin pancakes. I found this recipe at Obesity Help. The recipe was posted by solise. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Show more

Ingredients

  • Pancakes

  • 13 cup Bisquick
  • 1  scoop  protein powder
  • 4  ounces milk
  • 1  teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (1 splenda packet)
  • Topping

  • 14 cup  plain  Greek yogurt
  • 4  tablespoons  of strawberry sugar free  preserves

Directions

  1. Mix together bisquick, protein powder, milk, and Splenda.
  2. Pour a small amount onto griddle. Fry until golden 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Top pancakes with topping and spread it over each one.
