Ingredients
Pancakes
- 1⁄3 cup Bisquick
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 4 ounces milk
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (1 splenda packet)
Topping
- 1⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of strawberry sugar free preserves
Directions
- Mix together bisquick, protein powder, milk, and Splenda.
- Pour a small amount onto griddle. Fry until golden 3-4 minutes per side.
- Top pancakes with topping and spread it over each one.
