Yields: 8-10 medium pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- strawberries (optional) or blueberries (optional)
Directions
- Combine flour, salt & baking powder into a pouring bowl and mix.
- Whisk milk, egg & vanilla extract in separate bowl.
- Slowly pour mix into dry ingredients and whisk together until blended. Small lumps are OK.
- Add optional fruit/spice. Tastes good without also.
- Pour batter onto medium heat skillet and flip once the top of the batter bubbles.
