Pancakes

Ingredients
- 150 g self raising flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Add together all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs and add the eggs the same time you add the milk. Don't stir a lot , just lightly until have lumps in it.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, spray or butter.
- Add the contents in dollops.
- Turn over and walla!
