Pan Seared Beef Rib-Eye (Bul-Kogi)

Ingredients

  • 34 lb  rib-eye beef
  • 3  tablespoons  of kikomann soy sauce
  • 2  tablespoons sugar (brown sugar,agave,fructose...)
  • 2  tablespoons rice wine (mirin)
  • 1  teaspoon  toasted sesame oil
  • 1 -2  tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1  tablespoon garlic (fresh minced)
  • 12  brown onion (thinly sliced)
  • 18 teaspoon ginger (freshly chopped)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients and marinate the beef overnight.
