Ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb rib-eye beef
- 3 tablespoons of kikomann soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar (brown sugar,agave,fructose...)
- 2 tablespoons rice wine (mirin)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 -2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic (fresh minced)
- 1⁄2 brown onion (thinly sliced)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ginger (freshly chopped)
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients and marinate the beef overnight.
