Pan Fried Stir-Fried Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (cleaned, deboned, and cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 garlic clove (diced up)
- 1⁄2 carrot (diced)
- 1 spring onion (diced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 dried chilies
- 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
Directions
- Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.
- Whilst the oil is heating up, cut the chillies in half.
- Add chili and garlic.
- Stir fry for 10 seconds.
- Add salmon, carrots, and salt.
- Stir fry until the salmon is a pinky orange color.
- Add oyster sauce.
- Mix.
