Yields: 6 paletas
Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberry, hulled
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 6 large basil leaves
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Slice 3 or 4 berries and set aside. Puree the remaining berries, sugar, basil, water and salt in a blender. Put the reserved sliced berries in the ice-pop molds and pour the blended mix over them. Freeze.
