Pahoa Crabmeat and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cups crabmeat
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 lettuce leaves
Directions
- Wash and split cucumbers in half lengthwise.
- Remove seeds and shred cucumbers on a coarse grater.
- Combine with crabmeat.
- Mix remaining ingredients except lettuce and pour over crabmeat and cucumbers.
- Toss and serve in lettuce cups.
