Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1⁄4 cup Yukon Jack or 1⁄4 cup Bourbon
- confectioners' sugar (extra)
Directions
- Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the corn syrup and Yukon Jack. Form 1 tablespoon of the dough into a ball. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar.
- Store in fridge.
