Yields: 1-2 cups
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup packed fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 inch peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3⁄4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon cashews
- 1 -2 garlic clove, smashed
- 3⁄4 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or 1 teaspoon chili sauce
Directions
- Grind basil,cilantro,nuts,garlic,and ginger in food processor til finely chopped.
- Add olive oil,sesame oil,lemon juice,and tabasco and process til blended.
- Taste and adjust to preference.
