  1. Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds.
  2. As they turn dark, remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  3. Mix yoghurt with tomato and cumin in a serving bowl and place in fridge.
  4. Just before serving add sliced banana and salt.
  5. Serve cold garnished with fresh cilantro.
