Ozark Mountain Breakfast

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup smoked ham, chopped
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Saute the onions, green pepper, and ham in butter.
- In a small bowl mix the eggs, milk, and Tabasco sauce to taste. Pur the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Add the sauted vegetables and gently scramble for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with hto biscuits.
