Oysters With Soy and Sesame Dressing

If you wish, you may like to heat your oysters slightly before topping with the dressing. Just make sure not to over cook. Show more

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2  tablespoons  rice wine vinegar
  • 1  teaspoon  sesame oil
  • 24  oysters, in half shells
  • 2  green onions

Directions

  1. Place the soy sauce, vinegar and oil in a screw-top jar and shake until well combined.
  2. Place the oysters on a large serving platter.
  3. Drizzle over the soy and sesame dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with the green shallots.
  5. Serve immediately.
