Oyster Stuffing for Christmas & Thanksgiving....or Anytime W

This stuffing doesen't go in the bird....It is a side stuffing & or a compliment to your regular stuffing on holidays ....I serve bopth as the taste is completely different....It is extremely easy to make & doesen't have to be only served with turkey. Try it as a side dish for other meals

Ingredients

• 2  cups  Ritz crackers, lightly crushed
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 24  ounces  fresh  oysters, in juice

Directions

1. preheat oven 400 degrees.
2. drain oysters reserving 1/2 of juice.
3. layer ritz crackers, oysters,juice, salt & pepper in buttered casserole in separate layers.
4. pour milk over top.
5. cook 20 30 min til browned lightly.
