Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
- 1 piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced (thumb size)
- 4 tablespoons oil
Directions
- Marinate beef in egg white, oyster sauce, sherry, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in frying pan until hot.
- Stir-fry green onions and ginger 1 minute.
- Add beef; stir-fry 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
