Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup oyster sauce
- 1⁄4 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 ounces fresh gingerroot
Directions
- Boil all together until ginger is cooked.
- Use a basting brush and baste often while grilling.
