I had this dressing while I was attending Duke Diet Fitness Center for Thanksgiving, and it was really good. If your watching the weight the recipes from Duke are the way to go! Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 (convection oven with fan).
  2. Melt margarine in a Dutch oven over med-high heat.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Saute 5 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Add bread and next 6 ingredients (bread through oysters).
  5. Cook 7 minutes or until done, stirring constantly. Remove form heat, and stir in green onions and cheese.
  6. Spoon into a shallow pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Place in steamer for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake at 300, for 10 minutes.
