  1. Wipe with damp cloth or paper towel.
  2. Remove stems(use the stems in soups, stews, etc.); set caps aside.
  3. In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, ham, olives, mustard, onion powder, turmeric and black pepper.
  4. Spoon or pipe into mushroom caps.
  5. Garnish with pimento and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
