Overnight Savory Pork Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs pork loin, diced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, diced
- 1 (7 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, and the juice from the can
- 12 ounces beer
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- Place all the ingredients, except the corn starch into a slow cooker set for low and cook 12 hours.
- Stir the meat until it falls apart, and add the corn starch, dissolved in the water.
- Stir and let it sit for another ten minutes.
