Overnight Gingered Fruit Bowl

Light and easy make ahead fruit salad from Pillsbury Brunch Dishes

  1. In a large bowl, combine ginger, lime juice and honey.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add cantalope, honeydew melon and pineapple.
  4. Toss gently to mix.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight, stirring once or twice.
  6. Just before serving, stir in strawberries and any additional fresh fruit you may choose to add.
