Ingredients

  • 14 cup oats (not steel-cut)
  • 1  tablespoon  chia seeds
  • 1  scoop vanilla, shakeology or 1  scoop  vanilla whey protein powder
  • 23 cup  almond milk
  • 1  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2  teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. Pour ingredients into an 8-ounce jar and seal the lid.
  2. 2. Shake vigorously, until ingredients are well-combined.
  3. Store in refrigerator overnight to chill.
