Over-Spiced Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1⁄8 cup smoked paprika
- 1⁄8 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- olive oil
Directions
- Dice the chicken breasts into large chunks.
- Mix smoked paprika, chili powder, pepper, and garlic salt together in a bowl.
- Coat the diced chicken completely with the spice mixture.
- Cover the bottom of a large skillet with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Heat the oil on medium until hot and then add chicken.
- Cook chicken with turning until completely done. This is about 10 minutes.
- You can use more or less spice to taste.
