Over-Spiced Chicken

I call this over-spiced chicken because I use so much seasoning, but it really isn't too spicy. Whenever I make this my boyfriend never leaves any leftovers! It goes really well with pearl couscous. While the chicken is cooking, the pan should look like a horrible red mess that will never clean off but it will actually clean quite easily. If you don't use enough olive oil the chicken will taste dry and burnt. Show more

  1. Dice the chicken breasts into large chunks.
  2. Mix smoked paprika, chili powder, pepper, and garlic salt together in a bowl.
  3. Coat the diced chicken completely with the spice mixture.
  4. Cover the bottom of a large skillet with a thin layer of olive oil.
  5. Heat the oil on medium until hot and then add chicken.
  6. Cook chicken with turning until completely done. This is about 10 minutes.
  7. You can use more or less spice to taste.
