Oven Roasted Potatoes

  1. peel potatoes and cut into large chunks.
  2. place in a shallow 2 quart baking pan.
  3. pour butter over and toss until well coated.
  4. sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees,for 45-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
