Oven Roasted Butternut Squash

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1  large  butternut squash
  • 3  teaspoons dried dill weed (more or less depending on the size of your squash)
  •  olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel and dice (1/2 inch pieces work well) butternut squash. With practice this will get faster.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  4. Spread out squash in single layer on sheet.
  5. Sprinkle dill weed over squash.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until squash is tender(again depending on size of pieces and amount of squash).
