Oven Liner Grilled Salmon

I know this is a funny name for a Salmon dish, but I did grill it on an oven liner. I thought, this would work way better then tin foil and I was right, it just makes sense because the oven liner is much sturdier. My grill was pretty clean after I finished cooking the fish and only required a quick wipe off. Show more

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill for 10 minutes at medium heat. I had mine between 300-350'F.
  2. Spray the oven liner with coconut oil. I used that because it can withstand the high heat.
  3. Put the fish on the liner skin side down and sprinkle with the lemon pepper and salt. I only sprinkled the meaty side. Set the fish on the liner aside.
  4. Mix the grape seed oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian herbs in a little bowl. Whisk it well and brush on both sides of the fish.
  5. Grill the fish on the greased oven liner for 20 minutes total. Ten minutes on each side. I basted every 4 minutes with the mixture. Check the middle of the fish to make sure its cooked through before taking off the grill.
  6. I have to say it turned out rather well and I washed the liner and will reuse it, something you probably wouldn't be able to do with tin foil.
  7. Bon Appetit!
