Oven Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 2 cups uncle ben converted rice
- 2 lbs chicken, cut up
- 1 lb sausage (I used smoked sliced in chunks)
- 1 cup French onion soup (I used campbells)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces canned tomato soup
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped (I used regular onion)
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 4 bay leaves
- pepper
- tony chacherie's creole seasoning, to taste
- parsley, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup margarine, cut up into pats (1 stick)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a baking pan and place pats of margarine on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
