Oven-Glazed Chicken on Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the glaze ingredients.
  3. Place chicken in a lightly sprayed or oiled 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish; pour the glaze over it.
  4. Bake, uncovered, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and lightly browned on top, about 1 hour.
  5. Spoon the juices over the chicken and serve on the rice.
