Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 1⁄2 lbs chicken pieces (cut breast halves in two horizontally)
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a large shallow baking pan; set aside.

- In a small bowl, combine egg and milk. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixturte. Arrange in prepared baking pan, malking sure pieces do not touch. Coat chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Do not turn pieces during baking.
