Oven-Fried Cheesy Italian Chicken

I found this on a Bisquick box many years ago. super easy and good.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1  tablespoon margarine or 1  tablespoon butter
• 1⁄3 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 1⁄3 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 1  tablespoon  italian seasoning
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 1⁄2-3  lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up

Directions

1. Heat oven to 425.
2. Heat margarine in 9 x 13 pan in oven until melted.
3. Mix remaining ingredients except chicken; coat chicken.
4. Place skin side down in pan.
5. Bake 35 minutes.
6. Turn; bake until done; about 15 minutes.
